Two days ago, I was invited to attend the inauguration of the Hagonoy Water District. Apparently it was a big deal--not only because it was the first building to have an escalator in my hometown (oooh), it was also the first building with automatic sliding doors (!).

I know. :) I was supposed to invite my grandfather to watch one of their gigs when he was still alive. Wala lang, para kwela :p Sadly, I never got the chance to. Ehehe.

Pero my mom heard of the band blast ople while i was listening to the radio (nu107) and she was like "galit ba sila sa lolo mo?!" heheh

i think it was quark henares' band, or he was managing it. parang ganun. and i think it's defunct na. your mom would be glad to hear that, hehehe.
