I’m cutting down/semi quitting smoking. It’s amazing what it’s doing to me; I’ve accepted the weight gain (although not this much) and the fact that it will still take my lungs a long time (if ever) to get back to being healthy and the extra 7 cups of coffe a day but I’m still finding it really hard. I’ve cut down to one a night when I’m at home and 7 when I’m out, I think this is pretty good but the last one at home is proving very hard to get rid of. It’s been a ritual for a couple years now that I go out and have a smoke before I go to bed, cutting this out has proven to be extremely hard.

So people tell me how to occupy myself in this 10 minutes before bed that that would normally be spent smoking? Please remember that just not having one is very hard and quick fixes (lollies/food) don’t last for long
