I’m in need of a lot of help; after growing a keloid on the second piercing in my ear I took the stud out (August 2005), the keloid didn’t get smaller but neither did it get any bigger. The problem is I put a hook earring in the hole last night, yes I know this was really stupid and I am paying for it, it went in easily but the lump started to hurt. I’ve taking it out, it was in for about 30 minutes, but it still hurts to touch.
What I want to know is how I can get rid of the damn thing for good.
I’ve heard that you can get them cut out, but I’m not sure if it actually works in the long run and where I could get it done.
If anyone has a suggestion it would be great.
