Day 21 → A recipe
I'll take the easy way out and link to a post of mine in the vegetarian community on LJ. Fake Tuna and/or Onigiri. I've posted both in this blog before, but I've been eating the fake tuna like crazy the past week. It's delicious on hearty wheat bread if you want something healthy for lunch.
It's snowing again. I shoveled the driveway behind my car yesterday and planned to shovel behind Jason's today. He's been sickly lately, and he doesn't need to damage his throat further by going out into the cold to do manual labor. However, when I got up this morning, I saw a man with a tractor and dozer-thingy across the street at my grandparents' house clearing their driveway. It turned out to be someone I am in some way related to, but the family is so huge, I have no idea how. But because he's related to me, I felt justified in asking him to scoot across the street and clear the rest of my driveway. Yay for connections to people with heavy equipment.
Work is going to be gangbusters this coming week because of Christmas Eve. Plus, my helper is out-of-town this week, so I'm all by my lonesome until next week. To tell the truth, it's going to be nice to relax and have the building to myself.
