Eeee!!!

I knew I was forgetting something. I left my cell phone charger plugged into the wall by the nightstand in the damn hotel. I didn't notice until this evening when my phone ran out of battery power. Luckily I have a car charger that will due until the replacement arrives in the mail. I'm not too sore over it because I found a deal on the replacement charger. Life goes on.

I desperately need monsoon season. This dryness is getting to me. I'd perform a rain dance outside on the balcony in my underwear if I thought it would cloud the sky and give me a nice thunderstorm.

Not too long ago I did an entry pushing Semi-Auto Angel, a manga-style comic on Wirepop.com. I subscribed to Wirepop to read the comic because it is so incredibly good. Anyway, I dropped by the message board (which is rather dead) and gave a hello and professed my love of the comic book. One of the creators of the comic told me to send him my address and he'd send me one of their little logo buttons since I was nice enough to subscribe. So, I did. I got two buttons in the mail today from him. They're so awesome and I'm such a geeky fangirl. I put them on my purse because it's far to plain for my tastes and needed to be livened up a bit.




The logo kicks ass. And the teddy bear (named Bashi) was rather cute as well.
