Oh My...
There are very few bands that I trust enough to buy their latest release without sampling the tracks. I knew The Arcade Fire was due to release an album early this year, but I did not know that the date had come and gone. I was in Borders last night looking for Stitch 'N Bitch Nation when I saw a display of "emerging artists". Oh my GOD... The Arcade Fire. Neon Bible. I bought it right away.
I've uploaded an MP3 of the last track on the album. It's gorgeous. Passionate. Dangerous. And the moment a little over two minutes into the song rips the breath out of my lungs.
