The stumble that Pansy no doubt heard came after he was dressed. He had unlocked a cabinent that was stored into his wall and mis-stepped as he withdrew the hangover cure from the very back. A moment later he stepped out of his room, immaculate and pale.
"Pansy?" he called.

She looked rather sober and not too hung over, she figured. The shower had done her well, so she couldn't really complain. Buttoning the trousers, she grimaced at how short that stupid shirt actually was, showing a fair amount of skin between her hipbone and her belly button. 'What was I thinking when I pulled this on yesterday?' She frowned to herself.
Focusing her gaze back on Draco, she started to pull her hair into a tight ponytail, causing her shirt to ride up even more, but not that she really noticed.

"I thought you might want it before the effects of last night really started to kick in," he explained. "Did you sleep well? You looked like you needed it."

Pansy's eyes narrowed, her anger starting to rise, but she wouldn't let it out. She would tell Draco things she would regret later. She was this close to telling how she had been married to a successful businessman and had indeed more taste than Seamus Finnigan, but revealing that bit of information was only throwing oil on the fire. The least she could do was keep things from exploding... But still, the remark stung.
"I've barely had anyone else in my life but you, Draco." She quietly, but coldly replied. "Could we stop this childish bickering now?" She all but threw her fork on the table and picked up her cup of ( ... )

He pushed his plate away from him no longer hungry. "I thought bickering was how we got on, clearly I am wrong on every point." He was pulling inwardly from the conversation, and he knew it.

"No, that is true." Pansy sighed. "Draco, we are adults. Do we have to bicker about things like this?" Resting her elbows on the table, she buried her face in her hands, suddenly feeling a headache coming on.
