Summary: Cedric decides that he's sick of having Marietta cook, and she deserves a night off.

Cedric sat in the living room while Marietta looked for something to cook for dinner. Recently, she had been to the Annwn market to pick up some food since his kitchen was quite sparse. She had been cooking him breakfast and dinner each meal when since she had come to live with him, and while he loved her food, he felt guilty. She didn't need to cook for him to stay here. Housing was free for Merlin's sake. He had a job that paid him enough to get groceries.
He didn't need a maid or a cook, he needed a roommate, a friend, a girl-
No. Before he could finish the word "girlfriend" in his own thoughts, he pushed it aside. He couldn't afford to think like that. Cedric couldn't risk thinking her of a girlfriend when she only wanted to be friends who lived together - and occasionally had sex. He didn't want to get disappointed. After they had slept together the first morning she was back, he was well aware that her only inclinations was to be his friend. Maybe to experiment in bed with him a bit since she claimed she hadn't had sex before him (which stroke him as odd only because he didn't know what man would say no).
"Hey, Marietta, why don't we just go out to dinner?" he called as he stood up and walked to the kitchen door.
