Harry stalked down the streets, his mind one incoherent mess of thoughts and insults. How could his mother do this? He didn't manage to feel sorry for his father one bit, his anger taking up all of his energy for the time being. Of all the men, she had picked him. That greasy bat who had betrayed his parents to Voldemort. The bastard who had caused their death. Screw redemption, screw regret. Regret always came too late, always after the unavoidable had already happened. What had possessed his mother to even consider to... Harry shook his head to get rid of the thought of his mother kissing Snape of all people.
It was probably irrational to go straight to his mother's house. Even while being the Wizarding World's Boy-Who-Lived, he stood no chance in a duel against Snape. But that thought didn't even flash through his mind. All he wanted right now were some answers. Preferably ones where his father was proven wrong, but considering his parents' current relationship, it was unlikely. Still, the unthinkable (in Harry's mind) had happened and Harry would rather drop dead than leave it be.
Stalking up to his mother's door, he banged it loudly. If he'd wake up the neighbours in the process, so be it. Harry really couldn't bring himself to care.
