OK, I'll admit...
So now I have a new TV addiction. Or guilty pleasure, however you want to phrase it. Gossip Girl. I waited a long time to see it - loved The O.C. and all - but yeah. I'm in. It's so ridiculous and still - as of late-S1 - kind of well-written, and I'll always prefer the east coast to the west and what the hell, teenage drama and money? I'm so there.
And as usual I'm not rooting for the should-be-OTP, but damn it, Chuck/Blair is HOT. Not good in any way, since at least he is a complete ass (the Arabian comment was perhaps the rudest and most disgusting insult I've heard on TV) - but HOT. Have watched the limo scene way too many times. Damn. Also he completely reminds me of the way I see Rodolphus, which is really freaky and sort of awesome. It's really eerily similar, both looks and mannerisms, and considering I've never watched this show before last night, very freaky.
Need to finish off S1 tonight, I am thinking. Then what's next - I'm up to speed on Bones already and there are only 13 episodes of S2 of this left. I NEED MOAR TV. And I want an icon of the limo scene or something, but I don't dare to go hunting for one yet, lest I see all of S2 splashed in the icon comms. Aww.
