ANTM, Still Going At It.
Am at my usual weekend ANTM marathon, watching Cycle 5 and currently the Finnish ANTM. And dude, they have English-speaking clients today, and they have a translator for the girls. Who are 18-22 years old. Translators! God GOD, if you don't understand spoken English after a minimum of 9, most likely 12 years, in school, just... yeah. No sympathy. No, all the clients weren't native speakers, but they didn't have any unintelligible accents either. And ahem - if they're hunting the next supermodel here, I think that most of the top photographers and whatnot do not speak Finnish. Just a hint. Jaysus.
And, "Finland's Next Top Model" sounds a bit... amusing, somehow. But they did drag J. Alexander here to walk with them, which is also amusing. Hee. And also, note what I pointed out about experts not being local. Ahem. And they're not translating him, which I guess is positive.
