Maybe a little progress...
The conference call between us, UD, and USAID went about as expected. USAID was actually more generous than I thought they would be and UD was, well, not... at least not at this point. There were some "gaps in understanding" (that's all I'm posting publicly on that topic).
We have some things that we need to look into. The fact that I am leaving the country on Friday at 7 am seemed to escape everyone. I'm letting the confusion continue because I want to see the shocked looks when I walk into the office on Tuesday. Tee hee hee... You know me, always trying to be the center of attention.
I do still think that I will no more about my future here (in Sarajevo, and at UD) in the coming week.
