I THINK WHAT YOU JUST DESCRIBED IS EXTORTION, ISN'T IT? AND BLACKMAIL IS WITHHOLDING INFORMATION OR GOODS, SAY A CONCERT TICKET, TILL THE PERSON HOLDING THE INFORMATION OR GOODS GETS SOMETHING THEY WANT. IN THIS CASE THE CORRUPTION OF AN INNOCENT.
