You did an awesome job with this story. I loved how it was from an outsider's point-of-view. It's nice to see the story told from someone who was affected by the Winchesters, from start to finish, instead of simply just reading about the research and completion of the job.
Oh wow. That was just... amazing. Cleo seems very much like a real person and not Sueish at all. I liked that despite the tension between Sam and John, the affection was still there. Many people don't seem to manage to get that in, and you did it very nicely. And damn, the ending... It broke my heart a little.
Oh, and calling the twin sisters Mary and Sue was a nice touch. ^^
Great story, I really like Cleo. Hope you will consider writing a sequel, something like her meeting Sam as an adult. Really would like to see that because I liked this one but hate for her not to know if Sam survived or not.
I did consider and I came to the conclusion that a sequel could be fun. Sammy coming to the rescue again *giggle*. Watch out for it. And thanks for the feedback.
