accomplishments
* Made cozy warm blue wool coat with bright rose lining- documentably tacky, whee! Needs more buttons, but done enough to keep me warm.
* Made rust wool chausses for J. Need eyelets, can do that in the car.
* Finished 2 shirts for J, and braies for us both.
* Made green cashmere hood with pinky-tan lining- another weird but documentable color combination. Needs buttons.
* Made green wool over-dress- same color combination as hood, will have to avoid wearing them together. Needs buttonholes, buttons.
* Made lots of thick wool socks- I will NOT be cold at Estrella! Hmm. I may need mittens.
* Almost over flu/ear infection.
* Rode lovely horse yesterday & had a very nice time. Didn't fall off or throw horse off balance when she stumbled & fell to her front knees for an alarmingly long stumble/skid/scramble, so we were both fine. Whew! Hooray for good balance, especially hers! A bit sore today, but not bad.
* About 1/3 packed for Estrella- lots left to do, but not panicked yet. (is there a K in that? It looks wrong however I spell it)
* The new bed is almost done! Not my accomplishment, J is building it, with help from Ulfred, but I'm delighted. I've always slept on the ground at events, so this will be a new luxury. Yay!
