Independence is infalliable.
From recent experience, actually a lifetime of experiences, I've come to conclusion that you really cannot rely on others. Don't get me wrong, I am not discrediting their reliance altogether. However when it boils down to the matter, whatever it maybe be, it is essential that we take the initiative to get whatever we want or need. It ultimately lies within ourselves. We have the utmost control. I think what compelled me to write about this strange is the frequent feeling of being let down and disappointed. More than often, I get my hopes up, only to have them dashed. I put my faith in people just to be put to waste. I apologize if this post was cynical.
