I'm an Aunt!
Well... sort of.
It's my mom's 'boyfriends' daughters baby, but I don't think my mom and Barry are going to separate any time soon, so... I'm an Aunt!
His name is Ian Frances DeCoste, he was born 12:04 this morning, August 8th, 8lbs, 8..ounces. hahaha.
Awwwwwwwwn I've been wanting him to be born forever now! heehehe. I can't wait to go see him.
I want to be the uber-cool Aunt Emmy, who everytime I come to visit, brings him something WAY cool
and, you know, my writing career will definitely entitle me to be that aunt :rollseyes:
behehe. I'm excited. I'll get to see him soon!
I fly out next monday, and after a two week vacation with my big brother I get to go see the little guy.
He'll still look so tiny... and I'll be scared. I won't want to hold him or anything.
I get Eclipse on friday now, rather than monday.
My brother is leaving for the military, so we're going out to town to see him off, and then I can get the book.
Although, I'll probably be driving home since my mom will be so upset.
I'm going to write Casualties today. I'm a big dirty rotten liar and I haven't worked on it still.

I'm starting to rethink everything I write now. Like, the end of Attraction wasn't good enough, even if I WANTED it to be left like that, since all that's left is the change, which EVERYONE has read about. And, you know there's going to be a sequel, so I don't know why people keep telling me to update soon and asking me if there's going to be a sequel
IT'S MAKING ME SO FRUSTRATED...
and now, I'm also rethinking the entire plot of Attraction2. Now it seems too clichéd, although I can promise to write it better than anyone else. Especially a twelve-year-old, cliché-writing little girl.

I just... I think I want to forget about these dumb big story arcs, and start in with Misery. I've been writing that up, I'm on the third chapter, and I REALLY like it.

Anyway. I've said before that I'm going to try to finish Casualties before I leave, and then Attraction2 will be up after my vacation.
