The level of frustration I am feeling about FedEx Home right now is astounding. I have never felt like my head was actually going to explode as it felt yesterday.
I'm a little bit conflicted about it too because technically what has happened is a collection of good and neutral judgements and events, together creating a very annoyed and disappointed Anni.
But at the end of the day, I blame FedEx Home because just for one reason or another they seem to deliver only once, and then automatically give up, marking it as the final delivery attempt (despite no 2nd or 3rd). And then each time I'm left wondering where the package actually is because the people on the phone keep telling me that it WILL be redelivered on its 2nd or 3rd attempt, or I HAVE to create an account to schedule a pickup. And then after you "schedule" the pickup, you can't find anyone at the terminal because they have, literally, 10 doors to choose from, only one of which is meant for you to walk through, but is it marked? Of course not.
FedEx home is said to deliver later in the day because it's a home service but when I missed my package it was 4:00pm but nobody who needs home service is at home at 4:00pm. If this particular time is meant for the Home deliveries that have commericial addresses (such as mine), then great. But not if they don't actually deliver it to you.
