Description: PG/Gen. Young Sam and Dean are at Uncle Bobby’s. Wee!Sam (does eleven qualify as wee?) has to save Dean from some nasty critters but Dean doesn’t believe the creatures exist. (Not Wincest)

And I love how you snuck in the description of Sam's hair at the beginning, nice and long and tossled just like he likes it * Snorts * and Dean's too a little longer than usual. LOL.

But the total icing on the cake was Bobby scratching.

To a mom the things are the ultimate horror, such evil things and hard to kill. Honestly it's all Bobby's fault anyway, I had a brief peculiar dream in which young Sam was nit combing Bobby's hair and from that this was born. I do worry about how my mind conjured up the image in the first place though.

Ha ha! I see why it was hard for you to give a warning (or in this case a heads up) without giving away the whole thing. Worked as a School Nurse for 13+ years; had to walk & talk many an anxious parent through this process. Broke my heart when they would just cut all the hair instead of investing a little time to nit pick (as it were). Loved it!

Thanks for commenting. We haven't had nurses do this in schools for many, many years so I'm glad you could relate. I always thought it emotionally cruel to just cut the hair as some parents do, too but I think it's what Pa Winchester would do. Yay, for Sammy!
