It's a bit cruel but the intention was to leave the reader as confused as Jensen so I'm quite pleased...just as long as you don't stay completely that way! There are intended mysteries for the reader throughout, I'm hoping it doesn't get too hard to follow.

Yes Jane was a bit of a surprise. And Jensen, what's up with him carrying a gun so nervously. Lots of mysterious thing in play right now. Such fun. I love being air mailed into a strange situation. And the seth up had been so curtain!ficcy, settling in, everyone making nice. Now it's spiralling into weirdness. YUM!

Oh excellent! Fascinating to see one of Caitlin's personalities surface and how she copes. Jared must have known her for a long time to be able to read her and the situation so quickly.
And I thought it was really funny that 'Jane' immediately saw this.
{The two tall guys at a central table were gorgeous, unlikely to require services of a cheap whore and into each other anyway.}

Now, I didn't see Jensen introduce himself, so I'm guessing Jared still doesn't know this is his new tenant. And since Jensen went through an agent he doesn't recognize Jared's name.
