I've been really lagging on the blogs lately. But I wanted to share at least one very important announcement. My SIL Dawn and brother Minkz welcomed their baby girl Penelope Hana Ngo into the world on 3/21/09 at 5:35am! She is so adorable and Hung and I can't wait to visit our lil niece on Sunday. Yay! :)
