On my way home from purchasing the new Modest Mouse CD, I was invited by Adam to go see Sweeney Todd. (Sweeney Todd is the musical the drama department here at school is performing currently.)

Their voices...wow....
Their acting....god....
The set...whoa
Everything was just unbelievable. I want to be in a musical again. I know it's a million hours and a shit load of hard work, but the experience is like none other. But god, do I really need to be a part of another facet of the U of A music department? Sheesh! I'm not even a music major! I just can't get away from it!
I did have an idea earlier today, though. I figure I might get a general business degree with something about German in it so I can get a semi-real job to keep me afloat so I can be in an orchestra, a choir, and musicals the rest of the time. That would be the way to go for me. It sounds nice, anyway. Who knows if that will happen, though.
What I do know FOR SURE is that I need a break from school. Jesus H. Christ.
