(no subject)
Ok, so here is the Vegas trip...
Tuesday Aug 24: Got up at 7:30 and got all my shit together and my parents took me and bethany to the airport where we met Angie and Sara. We had a drink and some food before our plane left at 12:25. I was shitting myself during take-off but all in all flying isn't too bad. It is something I would do again! We got in at 2:30 Vegas time and Tiff and Niki were already there. Us 6 laid out by the pool and boozed it up while laying out and swimming. Our pool was absolutely beautiful and the weather was gorgeous. We showered and got all ready to go out. We all went to dinner at MGM grand and I felt like ass. I think I was dehydrated and nervous from the flight still. Niki went back to the hotel with me and I went to bed at 9 pm. I felt really sick.
Wednesday Aug 25: i felt much better and we got up at 8 am and went to a large breakfast and laid out the whole day. We walked the strip and ate at Planet Hollywood. We spend the whole night at a bar called Harrahs boozin and hanging out. This really cool band was playing and they made me get on stage during the song, "i like big butts" and made me dance. I wasn't drunk at this point! I did it anyway, but I felt a little self-conscious! We got back to the hotel and crashed around 3:30 am.
Thursday Aug 26: We laid out again during the day and ate dinner at Margeritaville. That was kinda cool, but we had to wait a long time for our table. We went to the club seven, and Tabu, and finished off the night at MGM after hours club where we met a bunch of guys from Missouri. They were cute and we hung out with them til 7 am. We got to see the Vegas sunrise which was pretty sweet.
Friday Aug 27: Got up at 12 and we were exhausted. We laid out and hung out the whole day. Did some shopping. We ate dinner at a Mexican Restaurant where a drag queen was performing. We took a taxi to the Palms to go to Rain or Ghost bar. However, they were both a 2 hour wait! We were not up for doing that so we went to New York New York and hung out at an Irish Pub til late.
Saturday Aug 28: Time to leave sunny vegas :(
It was quite sad. It left at 2:30 vegas time and was delayed so I didnt get home til 11:30. It was a long day.
I had a great time with all my friends and can't wait for next summer's trip :)
