Have any of you ever eaten one? If so, what's the best kind?
(I've eaten one before, but it's been more than a year since then, and I don't know what kind it was.)
The reason I'm asking is because I've been a vegetarian for about eight months now and I'm living with a couple of meat eaters who base nearly every meal around meat. We're on a really tight budget, so I can't really eat veggie burgers and meatless bacon and such at every meal, but I'm pretty sure I'm not getting enough iron and such, because my sleep patterns are all messed up, which is supposed to be a sign of anemia. If it were just me, or if I were living with my parents, I wouldn't have this problem. (My parents have offered for me to move in with them, but right now, that's out of the question.)
