Vampires, werewolves, and witches...Oh my!
Did anyone else catch the season finales of The Vampire Diaries and The Secret Circle? 'Cause I did and I'm going to be anxious until next season. Plus, it's left me with more questions than answers.
Elena's obviously still alive, but in what form? And why the hell didn't she proclaim her undying love for Damon? It's obvious to anyone, even me, that she's in love with him. She shouldn't tie herself to Stefan just 'cause he's the one who was there first.
As for the Secret Circle, let me start by saying that if this show doesn't come back for a second season, I'm gonna be BEYOND pissed. Mostly 'cause I have a serious crush on the DILF-worthy Charles Meade (Gale Harold) and I'm anxiously awaiting what's going to happen next. Taking on demons to protect the child he raised and then trying to kill himself afterwards was beyond badass, not to mention sexy.
Also, that last scene of Adam with the crystal skull? Looks to me like he wants a little extra power of his own.
Lastly, why do I get the feeling that Diana's boyfriend isn't what he says he is? IDK if he's a witch hunter (or tied to one), or her half-sibling (Blackwell said that there were four other Balcoin children, yet the ending only showed three), but I'm gonna keep an eye on him during the next season...assuming that there will be a second season.
The only good thing about the season finales is that it's getting closer to the season premiere of Falling Skies. If I can't have my regular dose of vampires, werewolves and witches, I might as well have aliens and badass people fighting them.
