I don't know Mandarin but from conversations with friends this summarizes it.

Forever incident started back in June, started from a website or a blog that revealed lots of information about the upcoming lawsuit (which was yet to be filed in July) .
The first ever entry that appeared about FOREVER was a post in egloos on June 26 and soon it got spread to other fans.
The content was about:
1) JCS is out to malign SM having slave contract,
2) The "slave contract" was put together by law, so it was not wrong,
3) It is because 3 member want to end the exclusive clause, and that this image will cause people to think that Yunho and Changmin are traitors instead.
Forever published a number of actual information (time of contract, clauses, about lawsuit) which make people believe them.
In order to not let people think that YunChan are the traitors in this lawsuit, Forever said that JCS are using slave contract as an excuse, and that the real problem is Crebeau.
According to the article, it says that it is near impossible for fans to know about all the information about the contract and so on unless they are really close to Yunho himself.
Whoever release the information must be someone close to Yunho.
In the article, it says, before the lawsuit was made known on news, Yunho fans have already gathered evidence/information enough to bring JCS down.
Plus rumors about Junsu going solo, and JaeChun leaving for another company, these rumors all came out from Yunho's fans.
- these Yunho fans don't care about the other members but only Yunho, I've encountered a lot of them myself.
That's why for us, Yunho fans kinda have a reputation, sorry.
Also, a trusted friend said Cassies did find evidences about this.
And then, there's Yunho's dad.
(I'm going all out - that it's believed to be Yunho's dad working with the fans at that incident.)
Last June, Yunho's dad talked to Yun's homepage master about the upcoming lawsuit, and that TVXQ might break up. Yunho may or may not know about this.
Mr. Jung (father) didn't agree with the trio, saying that JCS are favoring money over the group.
JCS only discussed the lawsuit with YunChan, and that Yun isn't against JCS, but he just wants things to be settled in another way.
Considering that, there's also this thing about Yun's (and Chan's) family, being involved with SME financially. (some kind of favor from SME)
I also want to add, that it's more likely Yun and Chan's family prevented them from joining JCS.
According to some fans, Yun and Chan are also willing to go through their contract, because only the trio had a 13 yr contract, and that the two have 7 yrs.

YunJae - that they did have a fight about the lawsuit, around June, which were evident for fans from the time of Mirotic Thailand June 09, to the TSC Tokyo Dome Tour.

*sigh* YunJae fight, though that's normal.
and to imagine, things are crazier now.. but hope to the end right?
