Life’s given me lemons- and I’m sucking down hard on them

On my way to school this morning I stopped by Wal-Mart and bought out their entire on-floor stock of HALLS Vitamin C Echinacea (about 15 packs, at 97cents each).  They’re my current must-be-in-my-mouth-whenever-possible item (yea, I’m dirty like that).  They taste like little lovely drops of lemonade! LEMONADE!!

At my 1st yr Cultural Anthro exam day before yesterday I so contently unwrapped and sucked away at my lil’ bits of lemony heaven whilst writing it.  Those 1st years surrounding me seemed a little pissed off by my general contentness.  I was the one who had walked in right on the dot (geez, I’m not lining up outside the building in winter weather- as mild as it is so far- to as quickly as possible go sit in my assigned row and WAIT).

I especially loved how I slowly took off my coat and dropped my schoolbag at the front of the room while this old lady proctor (senior citizens love this job) stared directly at me and kept yelling out, “Get to your seats now!  Exam’s starting at 9!  You all should be in your seats!  Now!”  I stared at her like I do my mum when she starts going batshit nutty with no valid reason.  Oh, old lady, you are so not the most threatening thing in my life at the moment.
