On my journey of grief, today was a good day. Suprisingly, I was with my mom. It's refreshing to go somewhere where no one knows and no one has to know. Contruary to the bank, the video store and even Kinkos. Everyone knows there. But the griller people ad mongolian barbeque do not know. They treated me like a real person and it was nice for a change. Not that I mind compassion (just ask psyco pregnant bitchy lady next time you find a good parking spot at Lakeside...) but it's nice to be treated like a normal teenager once and a while.
BIg news....today my mom and I FOUND MY PROM DRESS!!! we walked into the store looking for my Easter outfit, I saw it, tried it on, and put it in layaway...less than 30 days and $163 later and it's MINE!!! It's stunning!
Mom and I watched Steel Magnolias today, such a good movie!
Well anyways, Nick gets off of work in 10 mins. so I'd better go wait by the phone!
