ooc: throwing myself on the bandwagon
I have two newbies, so you get all my kids in one post!
* From Community, which everyone in the world should be watching.
* 17 years old, a senior, and precanon.
* Very good student and extremely motivated. She will sign up for far too many clubs and classes and be involved in way too many things and she will be good at it if it kills her.
* Has been a little sheltered, so your otherworldly, shirtlessness-loving ways will get stares from her at first. After she gets a little more used to things, though, she'll lighten up and start asking questions and be more accepting.
* Recently kicked an addiction to Adderall. She started taking it to help her focus in school, got hooked, and it culimated in a nervous breakdown that ended with her running through a plate glass window screaming "Everyone's a robot!" She went to rehab, got clean, and came to Fandom for a fresh start. She's okay now and will be attending Narcotics Anonymous meetings on the mainland, and won't be dumping her issues on anyone all willy nilly. I have no plans for any of this to get out, but I'm totally fine with it happening (and think it should at some point), so if you want to know, just let me know and we'll work it out.
Additionally, if at any point anyone feels like I'm handling this badly, please tell me. I'm not trying to offend anyone ever, so I'd much rather know I'm doing something wrong than make someone uncomfortable.
* Is really pretty neurotic, and was seriously unpopular at her old school, so she's got a need to please and do well and she wants you to like her and come to her parties.
* Lets stress build up until she ends up screaming "NOOOOOOOO!" like she's trying to outdo Anakin. I encourage this to happen as often as possible.
* From Harry Potter
* 19 years old and post-canon.
* Is British, and sounds bossy.
* The very same Hermione that went here as a student a few years ago. She was at FH through The Order of the Phoenix and The Half-Blood Prince, then had to go home to finish off book seven. She spent a year traveling with Harry and Ron (...mostly Harry) to build up to Harry defeating Voldemort, and then went back to Hogwarts to graduate. Now she's figuring out what she wants to do (there are simply too many choices, she can't just settle on anything, this is her future career here) and so she's back in Fandom for the time being, teaching. Plus, really, Ron and Harry need to not be able to call on her for everything they don't know anymore.
* No, you're not getting away with anything in class, students. And do your own work!
* And yes, it will completely bother her that she didn't graduate from here, and she's going to be so insanely happy to be able to take classes. Thanks, teachers at the community center!
* She's a witch, who's always got her wand on her and can do just about anything with it. This includes jinxing, stunning and disarming people, levitating and summoning objects, doing housework by spell, and no seriously just about anything. She also can mix up potions as long as she can get the ingredients, and she can Apparate (think teleporting) now. She's totally available to help should you need anyone who can do any of this, though she'll be iffy about doing anything that breaks the rules, especially for a student.
* Is a bookworm and obsessed with learning things (and showing off) and will live with her nose in a book and people are just going to have to deal with that.
* From the Star Wars Expanded Universe
* Went through the New Jedi Order and Dark Nest Trilogy canon, and is now at that blank spot before Legacy of the Force starts. I swear I will get to LOTF and stop just talking about it at some point.
* 27 years old.
* Jedi and general badass with that fun brother-killing destiny.
* Going back home to her own universe, and she will be an active alumni. I apologize for this now.
* Granddaughter of sith_happened, daughter of likesscoundrels, niece of tatooinedoofus, cousin of momslilassassin, friend of weetuskenraider, and not from any of their timelines because we're fun like that.
* Used to be joined at the brain with her bff/Jedi partner Zekk. Isn't anymore. Yay!
* Her PB needs some new photoshoots cuz this graphic took way, way longer than it should have.
* Is on PST! I'm usually around in the early mornings and after 5:30 pm on weekdays, and most weekends.
