chivalry -
1. The qualities idealized by knighthood, such as bravery, courtesy, honor, and gallantry toward women.
2. A manifestation of any of these qualities.
I don't really like chivalry. Unless it goes in both directions. Either we open the door for each other or we only open the door for ourselves lol. I don't want any special treatment. Yep just a random opinion thing.
My new definition of chivalry:

chivalry as respect and honor? great! chivalry as special/annoying treatment lol: boo.
