Unfortunately you can only place your service On Hold on two occasions between January and December in the same year.
If you request closure of your account, you will be able to reactivate your modem at a later date with a new username.
How stupid do you have to be?! I was willing to pay them $5/mo to keep my service On Hold, but they would rather me close my account and pay them nothing.
Well, if that's what they want...
