another inane update
because I'm half asleep, my sinuses are about to explode, by head feels like a watermelon and my eyes need to be held open with scotch tape. I'm currently lying in bed squinting at "Swingers" on IFC (seen 30 times by moi)
So, my friend in NYC is always looking for apartments. Hers is really adorable, but she looks anyway......I think just to torture herself. She has this list of real estate websites and she ran across this.............

Rumor has it that Michael Kors bought it. Damn, I missed my chance.
