"I think we've learned a valuable lesson about food coloring..."

My first real Livejournal entry and it's gonna be a doozy!!! So much happened in the eternity that was this weekend. This seriously was the longest weekend EVER!! So Thursday night we went to Waldos, of course!! After my night class I went to pick up Richie and Brian who were already sufficiently intoxicated upon my arrival, so of course, I felt as though I had to quickly catch up by consuming a pitcher of Long Beach tea!! Words of advice: you never need a second pitcher, ever. If you are a girl, you do not need a second pitcher. If you pre-drink, you do not need a second pitcher. A second pitcher under any circumstances is UNnecessary!! However, Faith and I definately decided to split a second pitcher. Everyone else was still drinking, and we felt like we needed to be drinking something, and regular drinks are damn near the same price as an entire pitcher, so it seems more economical to just make the upgrade. I seriously don't think I've ever, in my entire life, felt as shitty as I did Friday morning. I literally would have laid in bed all day if it weren't for the fact that I wanted a Big Apple Bagel like I've never wanted anything before!! So in order to satisfy my craving I, still in bed, in a drunken stupor, called for a taxi to come and take me to my car. Looking back on it now, I should have just waited for a roommate, called a friend perhaps, but no, I had a one track mind that morning. The only problem was that I definately did not have enough cash to get me to the rec! I politely asked the driver to take me as far as 5 dollars would take me in the direction of the rec, and I walked the rest of the way... Literally worst morning ever!!! Moral of the story: Beware of Waldos.

Friday night was the Valentines Day party at Jack Pine, and as much as we all love them, I think the themes are dead. There were these random guys there playing Oujee (SP?) Board, and I definately went up and started poking them and saying "Is that a Oujee Board, did you motherf-ers bring a Oujee Board to a party" I don't know who the hell I thought I was!! A lot of just really random random stuff happened! We did however recruit a Cupid, which made for some wonderful entertainment. We also learned some valuable lessons about red food coloring. It started out innocent, with Ashley pouring a little bit in our drinks to go along with the theme. By the end of the night, the walls, carpet, kitchen floor were all covered in dye, along with Ashley's entire body. It was used in a similar fashion to the bleach at the 80's party (think acid wash...)

Saturday I got to fullfil our single girls pact (PS, is this still even going on since our numbers are so rapidly dwindling??) by going on a bonafide date with a nice boy. We went out to Logan's Steakhouse which is this really cool place where you like throw peanut shells on the ground.. I guess you'd have to go there!! We then made the rounds, going to Firehouse, the Jack Pine boys' house, and JC for homemade popcorn and a bad movie. But a good time!! Bender had come over that day to suprise Janelle and fill our apartment with candles and cook dinner, so it definately softened the blow to be leaving my candle-filled apartment to go on a date as well rather than to just hide out in Jack Pine to stay out of their hair!!

Today I had to go to initiation for ESG, boring, but we got to eat free food which is always good! And we leave for Acapulco in less than two weeks!! Round two, here we come!!
