I think Earthworm is awesome, lol @ calling her a horrible person because she's torturing another horrible person.

I agree with the impression that Izaya isn't as powerless as he seems - since when does he feel uncomfortable with breaches of personal space? Since when does he twitch at anything? The odd timing of his reactions makes me think he's very in control of himself and the situation. I'm still only half believing that it's really him at all under that bag, as well ( ... )

I agree that Izaya has some hurting coming to him. But the fact is, this is not the first time this has happened. First that other information broker he talks too online makes him stupid then Yagogiri tracks him down, makes fun of him and knives him down, then these guys come along. And they are all new characters, at this rate by the time the people that actually have any business holding a grudge against Izaya, get their come-uppence, it'll be: "Izaya getting pwned, yet again. What else is new."

Yes, Izaya is wonderful and interesting character but he's an asshole too and sometimes he needs a punishment, I agree with that (in fact I didn't blame Simon when punched him in the end of Vol.3 XD) but not in this way and not by a random woman who has just appeared and that is so presumptuous to think she can fool the great Orihara Izaya. Shizu-chan only has the right to beat him, not others!!! U__U I don't like her methods, they're subtle and cruel, but perhaps she's not clever enough to get the information she needs without using these tricks u.u Izaya to my knowledge, has never kidnapped, tortured or blackmailed anyone and has always obtained the information he needed easily. He's not a good guy but he isn't totally bad either. However... Izaya is too conspicuous to be an information broker, it's true, but he's not a fool, he's just an egocentric person who likes to have all the attentions on himself, but I think the info that they'll obtain on/from him are just the things Izaya let others know on himself, nothing more. I'm ( ... )

Oh God. Please. May I clap at your great comment? May I?
I share your thoughts, from the first to the last.
I can't wait to see Shizu in action! And also the high school flashback (because that picture too tells great, delicious news <3).
