So personally I'd want these seiyuus for Vol.4-7 characters if they ever get animated:

Heiwajima Kasuka - Sakurai Takahiro. Cool, quiet, devoid of emotion but naturally attractive voice.
Rokujou Chikage - Sugita Tomokazu. The man is perfect for the character. Plus he really needs a decent character with kickass interaction with Nakamura Yuuichi's

The "crazy" voice sounds interesting. I wonder when will Vorona appear.
And Kasuka, this guy should be interesting too. I want to see his interaction with Shizuo.

Big YES for Sakurai Takahiro. I have no idea what kind of character Chikage is, but he looks very... Sugita Tomokazu-ish, oh yes he does.
I nominate Koyasu Takehito for... em, that guy who stabbed Izaya (whatwashisnameagain). Or Suwabe Junichi. Give me my deeeeeep male voices, I miss them.

Chikage is...kind of Graham-like in that he picked a fight with Shizuo, the Claire of DRRR-verse. He's got a willing harem and more chivalry in his bones than any lady can handle, so yeah, Sugita's perfect.

Koyasu for Yadogiri...wow. That would be just smexy. Kamiyan better watch out.
