I have a teenager in the house!
My daughter turned thirteen today and we had a wonderful day. I made her favorite food and cake and she was delighted with her present. I discover a way to make red velvet cake a little more spongy. She loved it! Anyway, I think it's kind of scary that she's already thirteen. I remember like if it had been yesterday when I had her. *sniff* My baby is growing up!
In other news I had to redo another two chapters (again) of my work in progress. That suck a bit. However, I'm pleased with what I came up with. I think those stay finally. I also had to start writing down some ideas that occur to me for another book. Which I'm sure it's a totally different category than the other one I'm working on. Is that weird?
Question: Where can I find a directory of food from different countries? Is there such a thing?
