class day
hey.
ok this is my first time actually attempting to do this.
anyways, today was class day! i cant believe i go back to school (as in classes starting) on monday! summer went by SOOOO quickly, but it was SO much fun. [French Exchange-- awesome times!!! aidan, fock, brophis, roy, greg, mike and dan! lots of skating! yeah Superettes!!!! some fh and lax camps, and hanging out with friends! And Nh with eliz! hahah i swear i am a bad luck charm for u! u always get hurt!]
anyways, about class day.
so today we went into school an hour later than usual and went to the ACC to see the senior walk in. it's so strange to see the people who were sophomores when we were froshies to be seniors! and its even weirder that im a junior! im going to be a senior next year! ahhh! high school has gone by so quickly! it feels as if i JUST was a freshman!
after the senior walk in, we went to wigg and got our really big scavenger hunt shirts! lol. baseball shirts all different colors so that the teams for the hunt would be distinguished. my group had red sleeves. lol and they have these funny little pirates on them and then 06 PLASTERED on the back! lol the people in boston and on the t must have been so scared being surrounded by a bunch of matching high schoolers!
after obtaining our granola bars, t passes and water, we proceeded to walk to the trolley stop. by the time we got to boston, it was about 11 so we only had an hour and a half or so to get some of the scavenger hunt done. we did a group pic (one of the things on the scavenger hunt. not just for kicks. lol) and then annie, bailey, laila and i tried to go off so we could just hang out instead of having to be uber competitive with the hunt but then a teacher was like "Noo!!! You need 6 people!! So then we got eli, alex, ben, ben and i THINK that was it... anyways, we went to the strabucks with the kettle and took a pic of it and then to the statehouse where the security guy let eli in so he could get answers since i guess the yellow team told him not to tell any of the other teams the answers. and then mr. gagnon came and tried to get answers but then we tried to block the door.... okay i dont think u guys reallty care about all the details so ill try to move on more quickly... ok then we checked in at lunch btu didnt want to eat the food so lai and i went to finagle a bagel and then we went t hopping and went all the way to wonderland (remember, scavenger hunt!)
OK. So this wonderland place is so freaking sketchy. First of all, its a greyhound racing place, which is just SOO mean. dogs arent meant to race! And from what ive heard, people are REALLY mean to those poor dogs and end up killing them when they are like 4. :'(
So when we go to this place, the security guy came up and was like what are you doing here? blah blah blah and then he started STARING at me and was like "You know, Im a retired state officer. So dont try anything. I have a weapon on me." and then he SHOWED IT TO US!! ahhH!!! sooo scaryyy!!! so then that guy went off to try to find us something that proved that we were there. then this guy in a schilling shirt came walking in (sooo not sober btw) and asked us what we were doing here and annie was like hmph! what are you doing here? and the weird guy said "IM gambling! Now stop being so ignorant! You have no class!" and then at this point i was like meh! so i was liek we are on a scavenger hunt!!! so then he saiod "Thank you! At least you have some class! Unlike you!" And then Laila said back to him while he was walking out "Shooting dogs when they are 4 is no class!!!" And i was like shh!!! cuz i was afraid he was going to pull out a gun or something and shoot us! (ok... porobably wouldnt hapopen, BUT U NEVER KNOW!!!!) So then the security guy came back and gave us the stuff and then we walked out and the weird dude obviously had waited for us and so he drove by and yelled NO CLASS!!! I mean what a loser! Get a job and stop wasting ur time gambling and watching/hurting poor dogs!!!!!!!
So after that, we headed back to school where we had a BBQ and music. Mike, Nathaniel, Greg, Jamie, Aidan, Josh, Georgy, Ross, and I think maybe some other people played cards, then aidan stole mikes hat and there was a lot of negotiating aboout that and then aidan and mike sprinted for a race, and aidan won (haha yeah aido!) even tho there was interference from eli.
Yeah, then i got picked up. That was basically my day. Sorry if i rambled!
Oh... but a little more left.
Tomorrow is a fh scrimmage against nobles, tabor and exeter and that is how our coach is going to make last cuts! meh!!! I hope i dont get cut!! I hope annie, bailey, laila, annie, and i make it. that would be so awesome! anyways, i should probably go to bed so i have fully rested for it!
