Why I don't always understand Philo. From my own notes:
BASICALLY, we cannot sense and not understand. When we sense something, we understand it.
Even if we do not understand what we are sensing, we understand that we don't understand it.
As humans, we have an involuntary ability to understand.
Yeah, basically that's it.
