The Horse and the iPhone: a story of racing and loss
This post is to remind myself that I shouldn't ever bet someone something if I'm not 100% sure I'm right. The Kentucky Derby ran two weeks ago. I invited my family over for dinner last Sunday. We were eating and talking and the Derby came up because of the crazy horse names. The Derby limits the names to 18 characters, so one horse in particular had a funny spelling. My brother and I both mentioned Pioneerof the Nile. Except, I thought the horse's name was Pharaohof the Nile. I bet my brother an iPHONE that I was right. ... *sigh*
