Oh, drama
Lalala~. Sitting here with my friend Kasey talking about how she can't wait to get away from this (fun, nice) community college (with plenty of amazing people and good classes) and into "real college" (thereby dropping veiled insults on all those who choose to stay-- like, I don't know, me?), and also hinting not-so-subtly about how she can't wait to get away from me, primarily because I'm actually asking her to occasionally go out of her way for me (you know, to be a friend) and other stupid, irritating requests I have no right to make, because it's not like I've been her friend for like half a decade or anything.
Oh, drama.
On the plus side, I'm really getting into the science club, and I'm loving it. Partially, I'll grant you, because there's this one guy in there who's really cute that I'm definitely crushing on, but also just because everyone in there pretty much rocks. I mean, tomorrow we're doing Winterfest, and we're setting up a gold spray-painted tent for a display about Egypt, including costumes, a photo thing (with the holes for your face), a Sphinx made out of my Simba toy from when I was little, costumes, food, contests... we're gonna own this competition. xD Most of the other clubs aren't even trying, and we have people working on Egyptian food and dressing up as mummies. Now that is a club.
But yeah. Kasey made me decide that I'm definitely going on the beach trip with the club this summer. I hate to say it, but I don't think she and I are gonna last, at least not as any kind of BFFs (we'll always be friends, I suppose), so I'd better get to work making as many friends as possible for next year.
Also, while I'm having trouble with my writing (I've had three stories die on me over the past week or so), I've finally finished a little drabble that makes me go 8D a lot, so I feel better about that now.
