IDK guys I heard people leaving the theater complaining about the writing and stuff? IDEK WTF THEY WERE ON ABOUT! IT WAS AMAZING GAAAAAAAAAH!
SPOILERS, OBVIOUSLY.
Well. WELL. Let me explain the characters. There's Peter-- played by Rubber Ducky Jr. There's Ethan-- played by Zach Galifianakis. And there's Ethan's dog. All others are irrelevant for this flail.
SO. GUYS. I won't just tell you the plot, but I'll give you some favorite moments.
-Rubber Ducky sucker punching a small, annoying child in the stomach. It is glorious.
-Ethan casually jerking off in the car with Peter, all "OH YEAH THIS IS HOW I GO TO SLEEP." Then the dog starts. LOLYES.
-After getting second-hand high off pot smoke, Peter's like "ILU MAN LEMME KISS YOU." And then they say they love each other. IT IS AMAZING.
-Ethan busts Peter out of Mexican border patrol using a stolen pick-up truck and a hitch. The most hilarious highway chase ever, and I think I'm even including The Blues Brothers in this one, ensues.
Just. Just.
Okay. This thing that happened throughout just... Rubber Ducky is an adorable man. He's a little skinny adorable thing who hurts so damn pretty (BONUS: YOU GET TO HEAR HIM TRYING NOT TO CRY AT ONE POINT), but GDI I love it when he acts like a MAN. His voice is low and growly, he slams, I mean SLAMS, Ethan's head against the truck at one point, he just. ILI. It's amazing. He needs to go total dom more often.
OKAY I THINK THAT'S ALL FOR THIS FLAIL, BUT COMMENT AND I'LL PROBABLY FLAIL SOME MORE.
Plus Liz and I went back to their room and Kasey was back early so I got to talk to Kasey a bit, and Kasey at least is excited for when I make her watch RocknRolla, and Liz is mildly resigned, and just just YAY! :D
