Digital Scrapbooking and Photography
Well I have been getting back into photography (read obsessing) so I have decided to get a dslr . Well ok, I cannot afford one and my dad was happy to let me use some of his frequent flyer points (he has a LOT). So with his help I have ordered the Nikon D50 and it should get here tomorrow! This is really a sin because I bought myself a new p&S camera just a few months ago (Kodak Z740). But I found the learning curve was faster than I expected. I quickly understood what my p&S camera could and could not do...and I wanted to have more control over exposure, white balance, color, contrast etc. So, long story short...new camera tomorrow!

Also I have been reading the Nikon forum on the Digital Photography web site (http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/forum.asp?forum=1034) and found out about the concept of scapbooking their. So I did a web search, found out what it was, and gave it a try!
Here is the result....done with a Scrapbook kit i bought (Anna Aspnes "Sea of Love").
