I can confirm that because I work for a farmers organisation in Australia and they are all covered by legislation about working conditions (as well as other stuff like environmental laws and heritage laws - whoever thought the modern farmer's job was all just lazing away having the machines do it all?) *twinkle*
USA-centric? You should try singing 'Jingle bells' during December in Australia. All TV programs at this time of year involve imagery of snow, when it's more likely to be 40C outside! Thirty years on and it still makes my head explode!

I think he is a much better artist/portraitist than he ever was an entertainer, but he can be entertaining ... teacher training will out!
