Arcade Fire
Great concert last night, utterly beautiful venue for a band like the arcade fire. Blue skies, green field, trees everywhere, lake in the background, natural beauty to compliment the music. Sound quality was amazing, much better than the last time in the "barn". Band seemed to really enjoy the outdoor venue as well :)
Set list was great, played a lot of songs but it still seemed short. Wish they could've played every single song! Off Neon Bible: black mirror, keep the car running, intervention, bw/bv, ocean of noise, lighthouse, antichrist tv blues, no cars go, body is a cage. Funeral: #1, #2, #3, Wake Up, Haiti, Rebellion, Backseat.
Highlights: the crazy drumming on Neighborhood #2, hitting everything in sight, including the metal supports on the side of the stage. (all on youtube). Regine is amazing, playing almost every instrument on stage. She's got the cutest dance moves as well.
