University of California, San Diego Orientation
I thought it was boring as HELL. Well the event itself was boring.
However, Catherine and I went down to Warren College for overnight lodging. That part was the freaking best. She didn't have overnight lodging so she stayed with me. We were bored so we decided to venture out to meet more overnight lodgers! We met some pretty COOL people. Derek, Rico, Chenee, Zach, Patrick, Andy, and Jeff? Well, I didn't get to know them really well. It was mostly Derek, Rico and Chenee! They all came from the same school, but they weren't all seclusive and shit. All we did was play cards and talk about where we came from. It was late (2ish) and we had to wake up early for breakfast so we all went back to our own rooms.
Next day the people who hung out together at night ate breakfast together. It was... OKAY. But I guess you can say the meals were the best part of the day! The whole orientation was FREAKING boring. Maybe except for the discussion and square dancing part. My OL group was okay. People didn't talk much. I tried to sneak out of my room Saturday night, but the OLs freaking caught me. It was funny.
I didn't take much pictures. Oh well.
When I came back, I hung out with Matt. I went to his old schools festival thingy. They had this crazy ferris wheel ride... it looked fun, but dangerous. We just walked around and at night I had to eat with his family!! It was kinda scary, but they were nice. =)
Mom was being a biatch. Had to go home and got yelling. I hate her. I really do. I cannot wait till I go down to SD. Even if I visit up here, I ain't visiting home. I'll just drive home the same day, or find somewhere to crash at.
