Road Ahead closed because it had been going along for more than 18 months (which is, like, forever, in terms of Harry Potter role-playing games) and the game was losing steam. The number of cast members actually participating had dropped dramatically, and the moderators decided in April that the game should end on May 31st, which was New Year's Eve 1999 in game-time. So we basically ended with a big NYE party :)

I might actually start writing fan fiction again. Or maybe I should just try to finish about 20 fics I started and haven't finished yet :)
