Birthday and a plea for a recipe
1. First, happy birthday, k_t18. I know life has been tough lately, and I hope your birthday is the start of wonderful things for you. *GIANT HUGS*
2. Second, I need a kid-friendly recipe for a casserole or something similar that can make up to 40 servings. The backstory is somewhat complicated but we're providing the entree for something next Tuesday evening, and I need to buy the ingredients Saturday. So if you have such a recipe (it needs to be something I can transport in one of those alumninum-foil roasting pans) please dish it up here, or comment with a link.
