I seem to be fighting off a virus. So many people at work are hacking, horking (oh, the horking -- delicious), coughing, sneezing that it's nearly driving me mad. I am off tomorrow, although I have a bunch of work to do around here, and I hope I can get a lot of sleep tonight.
Was not in a great mood today. The highlight of today was the nice fall weather, basically.
GeoCities is shutting down next month. I downloaded the files from Seven Days to my notebook computer via FileZilla, and I need to do so on my desktop as well. (Seven Days is/was my Jump, Little Children fan site from 1998 to roughly 2006, after they'd broken up. I can't really encapsulate what it meant to me and what an impact it made on my life, so.... I guess it's funny, GeoCities, ha ha, but I loved that site. I met people around the country who knew me from that site.)
ETA: [somewhat anticlimactically] Yahoo! recommends that people move to their web hosting services, but... that's yet more $$$ per month for a site that's basically defunct?
