I was 30 seconds late for a mugging last night. A crowd had gathered around the guy - they'd apparently thrown him up against a wall, and cut his scalp with the knife they had.
This was!ht in my neighborhood, or anywhere sketchy. It was on 59th between amdMadison and Park. It's fuckI ed-up, either way.There wasn't anything I could do that wasn't being done, so I left. There's nothing I dislike more on the planet than bullying - they likely could have gotten what they wanted without hurting him.
