1. arizona:
   I visited Jake this summer in his native Phoenix. I'm from a deciduous forest so the desert was absolutely incredible. It was one of the most beautiful places I've ever been.
2. before sunrise:
   Eitan told me to rent this the summer before college. I like the idea of complete strangers meeting on a train and not being too scared to get to know each other better. Not to mention the idea of having sex in a park in the middle of the night- that's a definite goal of mine. The philosophical rants are a big plus, too.
3. co-ops:
   Ever since I got to Oberlin I've enjoyed the co-op system. Yay communal eating! Yay eating outside!

   God he is so amazing.

   Have you ever met anyone with more caustic wit, natural beauty, and love of tea? She deserves my interest.

   I first heard Joni emanating from my freshman roommate's ipod. I immediately broke our implicit "silence only rule" and said, "what is this?" She spoke to me. Plain and simple.

    When I met Noah Patterson, something inside of me came alive. I didn't fall into the artifice and games so natural to human relationships. There was no need for it. I could be my honest to god self, and that was all that it took. I fell in love with him in a week and a half.
